When you use ShaniReels, we temporarily process the photos you upload solely to generate your fortune reading or creator assets. Photos, or motion-ready image renders derived from them, are sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI and Runway) for analysis or motion generation and are not stored on our servers after your reading is generated.
Your uploaded photos are used exclusively to generate AI-powered fortune readings, compatibility results, and optional creator assets such as motion clips. We do not sell or retain your photos. We may share them only with the third-party processors required to generate the feature you requested. We may collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.
We use third-party AI services including OpenAI for readings and Runway for optional motion clips. Their policies apply to the processing of your images or derived motion-source renders. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before using those features.
We use minimal cookies to track free reading limits, restore premium access after checkout, and keep the experience secure. No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.
Photos are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after your reading or creator asset is generated. We do not maintain a database of user photos. Downloaded fortune cards are stored only on your own device. Generated motion clips are streamed back to you and are not intentionally stored by us long-term.

ShaniReels is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
